Main conference venue: Panteion University, Karagiorgas wing 

The main conference venue is located on the first floor of the Karagiorgas wing at the Panteion University campus, located on 136 Syngrou Ave, 17671 Athens. 

Getting to the Panteion University campus (main conference venue)

By metro: the metro station “Sygrou-Fix” on Line 2 (Red Line) is located closest to the Panteion campus; once you reach the station, you can either choose a 10 minute walk (south) toward the campus, or wait for one of the buses.

By bus: the bus stop “Panteios” (Πάντειος) is located directly outside the main venue, on either side of Syngrou Ave. Several buses stop there from either direction (Lines A2, B2, E90, 040 [from Syntagma square], 10, 106, 126, 136, 137, 550).



The Karagiorgas wing @ Panteion University

The Karagiorgas wing is located behind the main administration building and library. Al. Pantou street (pedestrian use only), separates the main building from the Karagiorgas wing. The conference parallel sessions will take place in Amphitheatre Sakis Karagiorgas 2 and Amphitheatre 2, both located on the first floor.

Conference opening & first keynote lecture: National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF)

The conference opening and first keynote lecture will take place at the Leonidas Zervas Auditorium of the National Hellenic Research Foundation, located on 48 Vas. Constantinou
Ave, 11635 Athens.

Getting to National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF)

By metro: the metro station “Evangelismos” on Line 3 (Blue Line) is located closest to the NHRF; once you reach the station, the Foundation is a 5 minute walk. If you are coming from the Sygrou-Fix station near the Panteion campus, make sure to switch from Line 2 (Red Line) to Line 3 (Blue Line) at the “Syntagma” station.

By bus: the bus stop “Ethniko Idryma Erevnon” (Εθνικό Ίδρυμα Ερευνών) is located directly outside the NHRF venue, on either side of Vas. Constantinou Ave. Several buses stop there from either direction (Lines 10, 550, E90), all of which also stop at “Panteios” on Syngrou Ave.

The Leonidas Zervas Auditorium @ the National Hellenic Research Foundation

The Leonidas Zervas auditorium is located in the main building of the NHRF, to the left of the main entrance.
